Cancellation Policy

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Condition: The order must not be processed or shipped
  • How to Cancel: Contact our support team immediately with your order details

Refund Details:

  • No cancellation charges apply if done within the allowed timeframe
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

International Orders (if applicable)

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation
  • Reason: Due to customs clearance and export processing requirements
  • Condition:
    • You must provide your order number and reason for cancellation
    • Approval depends on the current processing or shipment status

Refund Details:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Any applicable international transaction fees may be deducted
